Floating covers for industrial wastewater facilities

Typical applications for industrial wastewater include odor and off gas control, heat loss control for process stability, and biogas collection for energy recovery (GHG reductions). Floating cover designs are used when all or most of these applications are needed. GTI covers can be used on virtually any size and shape of tank, reservoir or lagoon.

Retractable arch-supported covers and removable modular covers

If odor, algae or heat loss is the major concern then retractable arch-supported covers or removable modular covers can also be recommended for industrial wastewater facilities.

GTI’s retractable arch-supported cover system allows tanks to be securely covered while providing easy access to the tank’s internal components. These retractable arch-supported covers are made of high-performance, reinforced, UV-protected membranes, supported on a low-profile aluminum arch frame so they can be quickly detached and re-attached, providing easy access for plant operators.
